• We accept payment via EFTPOS, credit card, or cash.

• Warranty terms may vary depending on the manufacturer or type of part used.

• Cairns Auto Works is not liable for pre-existing issues, vehicle misuse, or damage caused by unauthorised repairs elsewhere.

• We are not responsible for delays due to part availability, external suppliers, or events beyond our control.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure your vehicle is presented in a clean and safe condition.

• Inform us of any known issues, hazards, or modifications to the vehicle.

• Collect your vehicle within a reasonable timeframe after the job is completed.

• Keep us updated with correct contact details to receive updates about your vehicle.
